What is Happikery?
Happikery is Happy+Cookery! It is Cook Happy, Eat Happy. We formed the parent company named 'Ease of Life Foods' with a single mission to make people's lives in the kitchen easier and happier. Our products are conceptualized with the premise on how they can make daily cooking and eating easier, happier and healthier.
Are the products dehydrated, freeze-dried, or in powder form like premixes?
No. Happikery gravies and sauces are fresh, in a paste form and completely ready-to-eat. Simply empty the contents of the pouch in a pan, adjusting the consistency with water and heat them. Then they can be used to create your favourite varieties of dishes. They are not dehydrated, freeze-dried or powder form like many other brands. So the taste, quality, consistency is as fresh as it can be.
What is the shelf life of these products?
The shelf life of these products is 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
How do we store them? Do they need to be refrigerated or frozen?
Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate until the pouch is opened. Once opened consume immediately. Mix well before use. Oil separation is natural. Do not use if the pouch is leaking or bloated.
Do they have any preservatives, artificial colours, flavours and taste enhancers?
No. Happikery products do not have any preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours, thickening agents, stabilisers and artificial enhancers or additives of any kind. They are totally clean-label products. They are as pure and as natural as you would make them at home.
How do we use these products?There are three methods to use Happikery:
1.Using Pan: Empty the contents in a pan and adjust the consistency with water. Heat and stir for a minute and they are ready-to-use. Make your choice of dish with the base gravy.
2. Using Microwave: You can also empty the contents in a microwavable container. Add water, stir and heat to achieve desired temperature.
3. Using Hot Water: Lastly the pouch can be kept in boiling hot water for about 4-5 minutes and the contents will be warm enough to use directly by mixing the desired ingredients of choice.

Happikery products are 100% safe and healthy. They are made with the best quality ingredients. They are clean-label. They are made with a balanced taste that anyone, from children to senior citizens, can enjoy them. They don't have palm oil or any other such harmful ingredients.
