Refund policy

Ease of Life Foods does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and the buyer makes payment. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree to this term.

Ease of Life Foods accepts the exchange of the sold products through the website www.happikery.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only if the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged or in expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange after that.
  • The buyer has to inform Ease of Life Foods of his/her intention to exchange the damaged/expired products within 2 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.
  • Such damaged/expired goods should be sent only after written email consent from Ease of Life Foods to send back the product.
  • All replacements will be made after Ease of Life Foods receives the returned product shipment.
  • The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by Ease of Life Foods.
  • Return orders are to be sent back to the address from which they were dispatched to be confirmed by Ease of Life Foods.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please Note: We cannot accept any cancellations and refunds once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund or Replacement requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If our partner courier companies do not service the shipping location.
  • No refund requests for damaged products will be entertained. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange/replacement policy.
  • From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded using the customer's mode of payment.

No Returns will be entertained if:

  • A customer wants to return the product because he/she doesn't like it after delivery or feels the product doesn't match their expectations.
  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer, non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.
  • Refusal to accept products.
  • Delivered at the place/to the person mentioned explicitly by the customer, other than the customer himself.
  • Force majeure event.
  • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Ease of life foods reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
  • The coupon may only be used on www.happikery.com and in conjunction with the purchase of products sold and shipped and sold by Ease of Life Foods on www.happikery.com. The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
  • The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per the Shipping & Returns Policy. Offer good while supplies last. Void where prohibited.
  • Ease of Life Foods has no obligation to pay any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon.
  • Consumers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.
  • Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
