the parent company named 'Ease of Life Foods' with a single mission to
make people's lives in the kitchen easier and happier. Our products are
conceptualized with the premise on how they can make daily cooking and

We are creating ready to use/eat curries and sauces

Currently we have launched 6 base curries namely, Makhani, Tikka
Masala, Jain, Korma, White, Chop Masala and we also have Sambar and
Pav Bhaji which all form an integral part of Indian Cuisine in daily life.

No. Happikery curries and sauces are fresh, in a paste form and
completely ready to use. Simply empty the contents of the pouch in a pan,
adjusting the consistency with little water and heating them. Then they can
be used to create your favourite varieties of dishes. They are not
dehydrated, freeze dried or powder form like many other brands. So the
taste, quality, consistency is as fresh as It can be.

The shelf life of these products is 12 months from the date of
manufacturing

Do they need to be refrigerated or frozen? – The packets have to be
stored in a cool dry place until opened. They don't need to be refrigerated
or frozen at all. The contents must be consumed immediately once the
pouch is opened

No. Happikery products do not have any preservatives, no artificial
colours, no artificial flavours, no thickening agents, no stabilisers and no
external enhancers or additives of any kind. They are totally clean label
products. They are as pure and as natural as you would make them at
home.

Happikery products achieve a shelf life due to the packaging
technology. The products are manufactured in a state of the art certified
facility, with best practices. Once manufactured they are packaged using
Rhetort technology. Which is basically, sealing the contents in the special
food grade 4 layer aluminium pouches and then subjecting the pouches to
high temperature and pressure in a boiler called Rhetort. Something like a
pressure cooker. Similar to how milk is packed in Tetrapacks. This
technology was invented and used many years ago by the Indian Army for
packing food product for our defence staff at remote locations, high
altitudes and over a long period of time.

Empty the contents in a pan and adjust the consistency with little
water. Heat and stir for a minute and they are ready to use. Make your
choice of dish with the base curry. You can also empty the contents In a
microwaveble container. Add little water, stir and heat to achieve desired
temperature. Lastly the pouch can be kept in boiling hot water for about
4-5 minutes and the contents will be warm enough to use directly by
mixing with the desired ingredients of choice.
