Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse through third-party eCommerce logistics. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 3-5 business days from receipt of the order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10 am - 7 pm Monday to Sunday.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Due to courier pickup timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Order delivery may fail due to any of these reasons, such as a wrong address, the customer not being available, premises being closed, or otherwise.

In case of floods/ heavy rains/ national bandh or any such major events, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store or on +91-9370240042 with complete details and photos of such damages. We will try our best to resolve the same at the earliest to your satisfaction.
