Our Story
Every time our founder, Darsshan Ravalh, traveled abroad - whether for business or leisure - he faced the same struggle: finding Indian food that truly felt like home. What he did find was either too expensive or lacked the authentic taste and warmth he longed for after a long day.
Back in India, he realized the challenge wasn’t limited to life abroad. With longer workdays, endless commutes and packed schedules, people had less and less time to cook. In the rush, meals were replaced with restaurant food - unsustainable for everyday health - or ready-to-eat products filled with preservatives.
But the challenge wasn’t just for consumers. Restaurants, QSRs, cafés, caterers and the entire HoReCa industry also faced growing pressure - customers demanding speed, consistency and quality; rising costs of skilled labor and the constant need for standardization in busy kitchens. Chefs needed reliable solutions that could save time, reduce dependency on specialized skills and still delight customers with authentic taste.
That’s when Darsshan asked a simple yet powerful question: “Why should anyone - whether at home or in a professional kitchen - have to choose between convenience and real, wholesome food?” This thought sparked the beginning of Happikery - a brand built to solve a modern lifestyle and business problem with a timeless solution: meals and ingredients that are quick to prepare, nourishing enough for everyday living and comforting enough to feel like home - delivered with consistent quality for both homes and HoReCa kitchens.
