1. Open The Box. Remove The Inner Shrink Wrap And Thank You Note Only Prior To Use.
2. Invert The Stand, Place It On A Stable, Heat-Resistant Surface, And Set The Grill Container On Top, Making Sure It Sits In The Slot Provided.
3. Light Any Corner Of The Paper Bag Under The Stainless Steel Mesh, There Is No Need To Remove The Mesh. Charcoal Will Now Have Flames For About 15 Mins, After Which You Are All Set To Grill For 2 Hours.
4. Do Not Blow Or Fan, And Avoid Using The Grill In Very Strong Winds. Begin Cooking Only After The Flames Have Settled Down And The Charcoal Is Covered With A Light Coat Of Ash.
5. Ensure Marinated Protein Is Fully Defrosted.
6. Rotate Food Regularly To Avoid Sticking Or Overcooking. Ensure Food Is Cooked Thoroughly And Juices Run Clear.
7. Extinguish With Water Or Sand, And Let Cool Before Disposal. Do Not Move Hot Trays Or Try To Refill The Container.
8. Care For Nature - Dispose Responsibly In Designated Waste Bins/Locations.

2. Add 50 Gms (2 Tbsp) Thick Curd To 100 Gms Pack Of The Marination. Mix Well.
3. Add About 150-200 Gms Cooked Meat / Protein / Vegetables or Mix Of Choice To The Marinade. Blend Well And Rub The Marinade Well On The Mix (Include “Choice Of Any Eatables” instead of Mix). Keep Covered And Leave For Minimum 15 Minutes So That The Flavours Are Well Absorbed. You Can Keep It Longer If Time Permits.
4. Add The Mix Of Meat/Protein/Veggies On The Skewers Provided And Grill To Perfection.
